Pillar 3 ... stable (yet flexible) government.

We need a government that won't change the rules mid stream. We plan to run on a set of policies and then not change them until the next elections. Yet, to provide some flexibility, these policies could be changed, if circumstances warrant, by a two thirds acceptance vote in both houses of parliament. Aussies would appreciate an environment where they can plan and know that the rules will remain stable for the rest of the electoral term (or even beyond). If we obtain a majority in both houses, we can make this happen. If we don't get such a majority, we will try our best. A majority vote from all states can also change these policies as the populace may not feel comfortable with government having a majority in both houses.
